How long will my order take to arrive?

Regular Post - please allow 4-6 business days for shipping, plus time for processing your order. (WA, NT & FNQ please allow additional time). 

Express Post -please allow 1-2 business days for shipping, plus time for processing. (WA, NT & FNQ, please allow additional time).

Priority Express- your order will 'jump the queue' and be prioritised and dispatched via Express Post on the same business day if ordered before 12pm AEST or next business day if ordered after 12pm AEST.  

NOTE: The above times are estimates only and can be affected by many factors. If your order is urgent, please email us prior to placing your order and await confirmation from us to ensure that we are able to process your order quickly. Please ensure that you choose Express or Priority Post if urgent. We are unable to change your order to Express once it has been processed or refund your order should it not arrive in time for its purpose.
 
International Orders - please allow up to 20 business days for regular post and up to 15 business days for express post. NZ is usually within 10 business days for regular and 5 business for express. 

For international orders you may be required to pay custom and import taxes when the order arrives in your country. 

Authority to Leave:

All orders are automatically ticked with ATL (authority to leave) with Australia Post. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please make a note of this under "order notes". (PLEASE WRITE 'NO ATL'). 

What if my item is labelled 'preorder'?

If you have ordered an item that is on preorder, all of your items will be sent together once the preorder item/s arrive to us. If you would like the order to be split into two deliveries, please email us and we will arrange an invoice for the additional shipping fee. 


What if my order is taking longer than the quoted time?

If your order has not arrived within our delivery timeframe, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact Australia Post if you are concerned. 
Australia Post experiences delays from time-to-time that may effect our estimated shipping times. Please click here to check current estimates and delays (note we ship out of NSW). Please be aware that delays caused by the carrier are out of our control and that you should contact them directly if your tracking shows that your order has already been picked up from us. 

What is "processing time"?

Processing time is the time it takes for us to pack and send your order. Although we try to dispatch same day, this may be affected by the number of orders there are to process, or other factors. In peak times this could be up to three days. As always, if your order is urgent, please email us (and await a response) prior to placing it, so that we can be sure that we can process it in time for you. Choosing "Priority Express" guarantees that your order jumps the queue and is packed first. 

How can I get free shipping?

Free shipping is offered for shipping within Australia where your cart exceeds $100. This is regular postage only, so if you require your items faster than the regular times above, you should select Express or Priority.  Please be advised that we are unable to change your order to Express once it is processed. 

Can I take a battery pump on the plane?

Yes! Batteries are only prohibited in checked luggage...so for carry-on they are allowed and you can take them onboard for your battery operated pump. Powerbanks are also permitted as carry-on. 

How do the pumps work?

Each pump has different functionality and benefits. For a run down of each pump, please visit our Kooshion info page.  All of our pumps will inflate your Kooshy Kids Kooshion as well as most other household inflatables. 

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please email us immediately (info@kooshykids.com.au) and we will offer you options for repair and/or replacement. Please check our warranty page for information on product warranty and returns.  


Do you have a shop? 

Kooshy Kids is an online business with no physical shopfront.  We have a number of stockists who stock our Kooshions in their stores. Please click here to see our list of Kooshion stockists.
