Seaworld Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Kooshy Kids (referred to as "the Promoter").

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Employees and immediate family members of Kooshy Kids, as well as any agencies associated with this competition, are not eligible to enter.
The competition is open worldwide; however, Australian residents are eligible for the Seaworld package, while international winners can opt for a Kooshy Kids $500 AUD voucher instead.

There are two ways to enter the competition:

Phone Number and Email Entry: Participants can enter by submitting their phone number and email address on the Kooshy Kids website competition page. Participants may only enter once via this method.
Instagram Entry: Participants can enter by tagging a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post on Instagram. Each comment containing a tag counts as a separate entry, and participants may enter as many times as they like.

The prize consists of one of the following options:

Seaworld Package (for four guests, including:
- Unlimited entry to Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, and Paradise Country. (this alone is valued at $798)
- Free breakfast for children aged 13 and under (one child per paying adult).
- Two-for-one beer, wine, and cocktails.
- Welcome twin pack of wine upon arrival.
- One Sea World souvenir toy or cap per child (13 and under).
- AUD $50 credit for Sea World Animal Adventures.
- AUD $20 credit for select retail stores in the theme parks.
- Unlimited access to Nickelodeon SpongeBob SplashBash and Nightly Light Show.
- AUD $20 Topgolf Gold Coast gameplay credit and lifetime membership.
- 15% off Sea World Cruise products and HOPO Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Ferry pass.
- Discounted tickets to Australian Outback Spectacular and Arro Jet Boat experience.
- Two AUD $10 massage and beauty credits per package.
- 10% off select food and drinks in Gold Coast theme parks.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Terms of the Prize: The prize is subject to availability through Luxury Escapes. Additional costs, including upgrades and peak season surcharges, may apply.
International Option: If the winner resides outside of Australia, they can choose a Kooshy Kids voucher valued at AUD $500 instead of the Seaworld package.

The winner will be notified via the method of entry, either by email or Instagram DM.
The winner has 72 hours to claim their prize by responding to the notification with their preferred prize option (either the Seaworld package or the Kooshy Kids voucher if residing internationally).
If the winner does not claim their prize within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.

The Seaworld package is subject to availability through Luxury Escapes. The winner is responsible for any additional costs related to upgrades, peak dates, or any other expenses not included in the prize package.

By entering the competition, participants agree to have their email address and phone number used for marketing purposes by Kooshy Kids. Participants can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or other problems that may affect the operation or participation in the competition.
Any decision made by the Promoter regarding the competition, including prize allocation and winner selection, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
