Competition Organiser: The organiser of the Taylor Swift - The Eras Tour Concert Tickets Giveaway is Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd.

Qualification Requirements:

  1. Make a purchase of $100 or more (excluding shipping costs) at www.kooshykids.com.au within the competition timeframe and retain your purchase reference.
  2. Be a follower of @kooshykids on Instagram.
  3. Fill in all necessary information on the official competition entry form.

The Taylor Swift - The Eras Tour Concert Tickets Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open exclusively to those who have made a qualifying purchase at www.kooshykids.com.au from 12:00 pm (AEDT) on 9th November 2023 to 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 11th December 2023 and who have entered via the designated entry form (https://gleam.io/cNwIx/giveaway-taylor-swift-eras-tour-tickets-giveaway). Entrants must accurately complete all compulsory fields, including a valid email, contact number, Kooshy Kids purchase reference, and an Instagram handle that is following @kooshykids. Please verify your details before finalising your submission, as entries cannot be modified post submission. Purchases made outside of the specified competition dates will not qualify for entry. Non-compliant entries will not be considered for the prize draw. Each eligible purchase grants one entry, with additional entries permissible through subsequent qualifying purchases. The Giveaway is restricted to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Kooshy Kids employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is governed by all relevant laws and regulations. Participation is null and void where prohibited by law.

Consent to Terms: By entering the Giveaway, you consent to adhere to these Terms and Kooshy Kids' final decisions regarding the Giveaway. You confirm that you meet the entry criteria and agree to accept the outcomes of the Giveaway as definitive and conclusive.

Competition Window: The entry window for the Giveaway commences on 9th November 2023 at 12:00 PM AEDT and concludes on 11th December 2023 at 11:59 PM AEDT. Entries received outside these times will not be considered.

The Prize: The selected recipient will receive two tickets to the Taylor Swift - The Eras Tour Concert in Sydney, on February 24th, 2024 at Accor Stadium. Kooshy Kids has sole discretion over the prize specifics. The tickets are seated tickets and the exact seats/sections will only be disclosed to the winner at the conclusion of the competition. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives. All expenses related to the prize, including travel expenses, are the winner's responsibility.

Chance of Success: The likelihood of winning is based on the volume of eligible submissions.

Selection and Announcement of Recipient: The recipient of the Giveaway will be chosen through a randomised drawing and announced on our social media platforms on December 12th, 2023. The winner will also be notified by text message with instructions on how to claim their prize. Kooshy Kids is not responsible for any missed notifications by the recipient. If the recipient cannot be reached, is disqualified, or fails to secure the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited.

Permissions Granted by Participant: By entering the Giveaway, you grant Kooshy Kids and its representatives the right to utilise your contact details for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of such communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in the communication. 

Limitation of Responsibility: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release Kooshy Kids and its related entities from any liability incurred from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt of the prize.

Acknowledgment of Terms: By taking part in the Giveaway, you have actively reviewed, understood, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.

This Giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram or any other social media platforms used for promotion. By entering, you acknowledge that your information is provided to Kooshy Kids and not to Instagram or any other social networks. Kooshy Kids retains the right to modify its terms at its discretion.
