Transit Coverage

With millions of parcels being sent and delivered in Australia and wordwide on a daily basis, it's unfortunately a nature of online shopping that things sometimes do go wrong. For this reason, we provide our customers with the option to purchase transit cover for domestic deliveries (within Australia) for peace of mind. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase this. 

What is transit coverage?

For an additional flat rate of $3.95, your parcel is insured for a replacement where it has been deemed lost, damaged, partially lost (e.g. when it has been opened and items are missing) or misplaced in transit insofar as it is recognised as such by Australia Post. 

We will resend the goods lost at no additional cost once we receive written confirmation by Australia Post that the parcel was not delivered. In the event that a product in the order is no longer available, it will be refunded back to you. If the item is on preorder, it will be sent once available.


What is not covered?

Transit Coverage does not cover slight aesthetic damage or punctures otherwise covered under product warranties. However, if you do experience any of the above please contact our customer service team, and we will assess each claim on a case by case basis, and depending on the severity of the damage, we will replace, provide a store credit or refund for the dollar value of the amount lost or damaged.

Please note that if you choose not to purchase Transit Coverage, Kooshy Kids will not be held liable or responsible for any loss, delay or damage that occurs to your parcel once your consignment is received and scanned by Australia Post.

Although we will endeavour to ensure that you are not left out of pocket, these investigations can take up to 10-20 business days to resolve, and often resolutions are not favourable.

Game changer!

I recently traveled from Melbourne to Glasgo, alone, with my 3 boys aged 1, 6 and 9. Travelling with kids is hard work at the best of times and doing it by myself should have been horrible. I bought the Kooshy Kids siblings bundle in the hope that it would make our time on the flight easier, especially since I would have the 1 year old on my knee. IT WAS AMAZING!!! The Kooshy Kids pillows were so easy to use, quick to inflate and made the long flight comfortable for myself and my boys. The 1 year old was able to lie down on the Kloud which supported his whole body - my arms were free and I didn’t end up stuff and sore. The bigger boys were able to sleep comfortably with their feet up - one of them slept for 10 hours of the 14 hour flight. We were flying with Emirates so I was worried that we wouldn’t be allowed to use them but no one batted an eyelid. I absolutely recommend these products, BEST EVER! Unfortunately because I was travelling alone getting a decent photo was hard.

Best thing money can buy

Travelling with 3 kids under 10 on a 14hr flight, I wanted to try and make it as comfy as human possible.
I took on board 2 kooshy kids and a cheap one off eBay to review.
So kooshy kids fit perfect with the seat level. The whole 14 hour flight, I did not have to re inflate them or adjusted them.
The kids were able to comfortably lie down on them for the duration of the flight with no issue.
I also took a cheap one off eBay and 1hr into the flight it had deflated and required constant inflation and adjusting. It keeps falling down and into the isle. Kept deflating, at the end I just packed it away and relied on the 2 kooshy kids I took on board with me. At one stage even I used them to rest me legs on.
So all I can say, it is was the best purchase I ever made worth every cent.
I can’t recommend these enough for parents with any amount of children.

Absolute travel necessity!!

We’ve recently returned from our 6 years olds first overseas flight and the Kooshion kit was a game changer! We used it on the day flight over to rest his feet on and then the overnight flight home. It meant he had a few hours sleep which was amazing! Such a great invention 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Multi-use Kooshy Kids Family Bundle - Kloud and Kooshion

We have a long flight from Perth to South America and I can’t wait to use all these comfy pillows with my infant and kid! Travelling alone should be a bit less crazy with the Kooshy Kids Family Bundle. This time I also thought about myself so neck pillow for me, one Kooshion and Kloud to each kid. The Kloud will be a great arm relief to hold my infant and I will use the Kooshion to support my legs. The Baby Bag is amazing, it is very spacious and it comes with an USB charging cable concealed (say whaaaat?).
We started using our Kooshion in the loungeroom as a foot stool but my child decided to use it to make a fort, and, I have been using the Kloud to make baby fall asleep in my arms. The products are great not only for the plane but very useful at home. The tiny pump is so strong, unbelievable really.
I feel better about travelling alone for such long flights with the help of Kooshy Kids products. Worth every dollar!
