This warranty registration is applicable only for the following Kooshy Kids inflatable products:
- Kooshy Kids Kooshion
- Premium Kooshy Kids Kooshion
- Kooshy Kloud
- Inflatable Sky Bunk
- Inflatable Neck Pillow
To activate your warranty, please follow the steps below carefully.
Warranty Activation Instructions:
Upon receiving your Kooshy Kids inflatable product, it is essential to perform an initial inflation test to ensure its impeccable condition and to validate your warranty.
Here's how:
- Inflate Fully: Inflate your product within 48 hours of receiving it.
- 12-Hour Test: Leave the product inflated for a continuous 12-hour period.
- Monitor: During this time, observe if the product maintains its inflation. Any loss of air may indicate a defect.
Should you discover any leaks, punctures, or defects during this test, notify us immediately (must be within the 48-hour window) by emailing us at info@kooshykids.com.au.
As per our terms and conditions, failure to report leaks within this timeframe will be deemed as a puncture caused by misuse, rendering the lifetime warranty void.
