Approved Airline Money Back Guarantee
Where the flight crew on an airline listed as an approved airline on our approved airlines list and do not allow you to use the Kooshy Kids Kooshion, you should follow these steps:
- Note down the name of the crew as well as the flight number date etc.
- Contact the airline in writing advising them of the situation, requesting that they confirm that the product was not allowed and the reason for this.
- Complete the form below
- Once everything has been confirmed, we will credit you for the Kooshion portion of your order.
