Sale prices apply only to purchases made during the sale period and cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders.
Prices may change throughout the sale period as part of promotions. If an item becomes cheaper after your purchase, refunds or price adjustments will not be given.
Discount codes will be disabled during the sale. They will be reactivated once the sale has concluded.
Orders over $120 AUD (excluding shipping) will receive a free gift. The gift may change during the sale based on availability and cannot be substituted or exchanged.
Free gifts will be automatically added at checkout for qualifying orders. If removed from the cart, the gift cannot be reinstated after checkout due to availability.
It is your responsibility to check that the free gift appears in your cart before completing your purchase.
Free gifts hold no cash value and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. They do not come with any warranty.
All purchases must be made through the Kooshy Kids official website and processed securely using Shopify, PayPal, or Afterpay.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed under any circumstances. This applies even if you contact us immediately after checkout.
If you have made a purchase prior to the sale, we cannot apply discounts to past orders.
Due to high order volumes, processing times may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.
Processing times are regularly updated on the Shipping Page—please check this page before placing your order.
Priority Processing ($35) can be purchased to move your order to the front of the processing queue.
Orders with Priority Processing will be packed on the same day or next business day, depending on the time of order.
Regular shipping orders will be packed in the order they are received and cannot be expedited unless Priority Processing is purchased.
Express shipping ensures your order is shipped via the fastest method available, but does not guarantee faster order processing unless Priority Processing is also purchased.
Kooshy Kids is not liable for shipping delays caused by postal services and will not issue refunds for orders that do not arrive before their intended purpose (e.g., a birthday present or travel date).
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.
If an item sells out while you are checking out, we cannot restock it or offer a replacement. Once an item is sold out, it will not be available again until further notice.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Standard warranty policies apply to defective or faulty items.
Any defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If purchasing a Kooshy Kids inflatable product, you must register your warranty within 72 hours of receipt, or your warranty will be void.
Kooshy Kids reserves the right to:
Modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or for any other reason.
