Thank you for choosing Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd products. We stand behind the quality of our branded products and are pleased to offer the following warranty terms:

  • If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd, at its sole discretion, may either repair or replace the product.
  • In cases where the product is deemed faulty and is no longer required, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd may offer, at its sole discretion, a store credit.

3. Warranty Requirements:

  • This warranty applies only to products sold and distributed directly by Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd and must be accompanied by an official receipt of purchase from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd.
  • The warranty is valid only if the product has been used in accordance with our instructions and with reasonable care, as stated in this document.

4. Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for change of mind, instances where airlines do not permit the use of the product, or if the item is not received in time for travel or its intended purpose.
  • Customers are advised to allow ample time for delivery and to refer to our FAQs for estimated delivery times.
  • We recommend checking with your airline before purchasing the Kooshy Kids Kooshion.

5. Delivery Delays and Store Credit:

  • In the event of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances and the product is no longer required, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a store credit minus postage costs. Cash refunds will not be provided for this purpose.

6. Transferability and Warranty Validation:

  • This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent purchaser or end user.
  • Seconds and ex-demos sold at discounted prices are not covered under warranty.
  • Failure to produce proof of purchase directly from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd invalidates the warranty.

7. Non-Kooshy Kids Products and Manufacturer's Warranty:

  • Products that are not of the Kooshy Kids brand, such as Face Masks, filters, items in the Ultimate Travel Kit, Pumps, and other products sold on this website, may be covered under their own manufacturer's warranty.
  • If required, Kooshy Kids can provide contact information for customers to follow up with the respective manufacturers. Kooshy Kids is not responsible for repairing, replacing, or refunding these products.

8. "Free" Products:

  • Products given away as "free" are not covered under warranty and will not be replaced, as they have not been purchased.

9. Warranty Claims and Assessment

Warranty Claim Process:

  • If you need to make a warranty claim for any of our products, we kindly ask you to follow our standard warranty claim process.
  • In some cases, we may request that the product/s be sent to Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd for assessment before a replacement or repaired product is provided.
  • Please note that the warranty claim process may involve a reasonable waiting period during the assessment.

Assessment and Resolution:

  • Once the product/s have been received and assessed by Kooshy Kids, we will determine whether the warranty claim is valid and falls within the scope of our warranty coverage.
  • If the product/s are found to have a valid warranty claim, Kooshy Kids may, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product/s as necessary.
Non-Covered Faults:
  • Should the fault be deemed to not be covered under this warranty, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

  • In such cases, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason for the decision.

Faulty Products Not Manufactured by Kooshy Kids:
  • For faulty products that were not manufactured by Kooshy Kids, customers can still reach out to us for assistance.
  • We will act as an intermediary and forward these claims to the respective manufacturer for further discussion between the customer and the manufacturer.
Warranty Duration for Non-Kooshy Kids Products:
  • Please note that products not manufactured by Kooshy Kids will typically carry their own warranty conditions.
  • As a general rule, the warranty period for non-Kooshy Kids products will be limited to 6 months from the date of purchase, as specified by the respective manufacturer.
