Warranty & Returns

12 MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY

Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd products are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The product will be repaired or replaced, if, at Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd's sole discretion, it is found to be faulty within the warranty period. 

This warranty applies to products sold and distributed by Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd and must be accompanied by an official receipt of purchase from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd.

This warranty only applies if the product has been used in accordance with our instructions with reasonable care subject to all terms and conditions set out in this document. 

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent purchaser/end user. Failure to produce proof of purchase (directly from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd) invalidates the warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damages resulting from misuse of the product, including but not limited to; punctures, spills or stains, misused zippers and breakages caused by exceeding the specified weight limits.
  • Postage costs
  • Expected wear and tear;

Note that the Kooshy Kids Kooshion must be tested within 48 hours off receipt. It must be inflated for a 12 hour period and monitored for deflation. Should deflation occur, you must report this to us immediately and a replacement will be sent. Leaks reported after 48 hours of receipt will be deemed as punctures and will not be covered under this warranty. 

Parent Backpacks should be carefully inspected upon receipt and all zippers should be tested. If any zippers seem faulty, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt. Broken zippers reported after this period will be deemed as misuse and will not be covered under this warranty. 

To make a warranty claim, the product/s must be sent to Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd for assessment. A replacement will not be sent until the product has been assessed. Once assessed, Kooshy Kids may replace at their discretion or return the product should the fault be deemed to not be covered under this warranty. The return and original postage fees will be at the cost of the purchaser. 

RETURN PROCEDURE

All items must be returned in accordance with the below procedure or the application will not be accepted:

If directed by Kooshy Kids, pack and return the item in the original packaging and address the package to:
