Warranty Information
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd branded products are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The product will be repaired or replaced, if, at Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd's sole discretion, it is found to be faulty within the warranty period. Where the product is faulty and is no longer required, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd may at its sole discretion offer a store credit.
This warranty applies to products sold and distributed by Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd and must be accompanied by an official receipt of purchase from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd.
This warranty only applies if the product has been used in accordance with our instructions with reasonable care subject to all terms and conditions set out in this document.
Kooshy Kids does not offer refunds for change of mind, where airlines do not allow the use of the product or if the item is not received in time for travel or its other intended purpose. Please allow ample time for delivery and refer to our FAQs for estimated delivery times. We recommend checking with your airline prior to purchasing the Kooshy Kids Kooshion.
Where there are delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances and the product is no longer required, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd, may at its sole discretion offer a store credit, minus postage costs. Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd will not offer cash refunds for this purpose.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent purchaser/end user. Seconds and ex-demos sold at discounted prices are not covered under warranty. Failure to produce proof of purchase (directly from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd) invalidates the warranty.
Products that are not of the Kooshy Kids brand and have been outsourced such as Face Masks, filters, the items in the Ultimate Travel Kit, Ultimate Entertainment Stay Kit, Easter Kit and other products sold on this website, may be covered under their own manufacturer's warranty. If required, Kooshy Kids can pass on the contact information for you to follow up. Kooshy Kids is not responsible for repairing, replacing or refunding these products.
To make a warranty claim, we may request that the product/s be sent to Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd for assessment. A replacement or repaired product will not be sent until the product has been assessed. Once assessed, Kooshy Kids may repair/replace at their discretion or return the product should the fault be deemed to not be covered under this warranty.
