PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd products. We stand behind the quality of our branded products and are pleased to offer the following warranty terms:
1. Warranty Coverage:
- Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd branded products are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise (e.g., Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and the Kooshy Kloud , come with a Lifetime Warranty), subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and in their own warranty page.
2. Warranty Claim Process:
- If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd, at its sole discretion, may either repair or replace the product.
- In cases where the product is deemed faulty and is no longer required, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd may offer, at its sole discretion, a store credit.
3. Warranty Requirements:
- This warranty applies only to products sold and distributed directly by Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd and must be accompanied by an official receipt of purchase from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd.
- The warranty is valid only if the product has been used in accordance with our instructions and with reasonable care, as stated in this document.
4. Exclusions from Warranty:
- Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd does not provide refunds for change of mind, instances where airlines do not permit the use of the product, products that do not fit, or if the item is not received in time for travel or its intended purpose.
- Customers are advised to allow ample time for delivery and to refer to our FAQs for estimated delivery times.
- Customers are required to contact their airline before purchasing our inflatable products to confirm they will allow their safe use as information provided on our website may be outdated.
- "Misuse" which will be at the sole discretion of Kooshy Kids.
5. Transferability and Warranty Validation:
- This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not apply to any subsequent purchaser or end user.
- Seconds and ex-demos sold at discounted prices are not covered under warranty.
- Failure to produce proof of purchase directly from Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd invalidates the warranty.
6. Non-Kooshy Kids Products and Manufacturer's Warranty:
- Products that are not of the Kooshy Kids brand, such as Face Masks, filters, items in the Ultimate Travel Kit, Pumps, and other products sold on this website, may be covered under their own manufacturer's warranty.
- If required, Kooshy Kids can provide contact information for customers to follow up with the respective manufacturers. Kooshy Kids is not responsible for repairing, replacing, or refunding these products.
7. "Free" Products:
- Products given away as "free" or "gifts" including but not limited to; drawstring backpacks, powerbanks, cosmetic cases and jewellery cases are not covered under warranty and will not be replaced, credited or refunded, as they have not been purchased and are deemed to have a $0.00 value.
8. Warranty Claims and Assessment
Warranty Claim Process:
- If you need to make a warranty claim for any of our products, we kindly ask you to follow our standard warranty claim process outlined in our terms and conditions and begin by reading all of terms and conditions and warranty information and then sending an email to info@kooshykids.com.au containing photos and videos to support your claim.
- In some cases, we may request that the product/s be sent back to Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd for assessment or provide images and videos before a replacement or repaired product is provided.
- Please note that the warranty claim process may involve a reasonable waiting period during the assessment.
Assessment and Resolution:
- Once the product/s have been received and assessed by Kooshy Kids, we will determine whether the warranty claim is valid and falls within the scope of our warranty coverage.
- If the product/s are found to have a valid warranty claim, Kooshy Kids may, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product/s as necessary.
- Kooshy Kids has ensured that quality fittings have been installed on all of its products, therefore damages to zips on any products are deemed as misuse and are not covered by our warranty.

When sent in to us for assessment and the fault is deemed to be either false or not be covered under this warranty, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Please note that products not manufactured by Kooshy Kids are not warranted by us, however may carry their own warranty with their manufacturer. The customer must contact the manufacturer directly and manage the warranty process and keep Kooshy Kids updated on its progress, however Kooshy Kids will not facilitate this process.
