Warranty Information
At Kooshy Kids, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide fair and transparent warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage
Our inflatable products are designed for durability and long-term use. Warranty coverage differs slightly depending on the component of the product.
PVC Structure – Lifetime Warranty
The following components of our inflatable products are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser:

PVC structure of the product
-
All welded seams
-
All air valves
This applies to the following products:

Kooshy Kids Kooshion
-
Premium Kooshy Kids Kooshion
-
Inflatable Sky Bunk
-
Kooshy Kloud
-
Self-Inflating Kooshion
-
Self-Inflating Sky Bunk
If any of these structural components develop a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with our warranty process.
Internal Components – 6 Month Warranty
The internal mechanical components of our self-inflating products, including the integrated pump, are covered by a 6 month warranty.
This applies to:

Self-Inflating Kooshion
-
Self-Inflating Sky Bunk
These components are electronic/mechanical parts with a different expected lifespan to the PVC structure.
If the pump develops a fault within the first 6 months, we may repair or replace the component, or provide another suitable resolution.
All non-inflatable products and internal components of inflatables are also covered by a 6 month warranty period.
Why You Need to Register
Activation of Warranty
Essential for Coverage
Registering your product within 72 hours of receipt is required to activate your warranty. Without registration, warranty coverage will not be valid.
Proof of Purchase
Registration confirms your purchase and allows us to assist you quickly should you need to make a warranty claim.
What’s Covered
If a product develops a manufacturing fault within the applicable warranty period, Kooshy Kids may:

Repair the product

Replace the product
-
Provide store credit if the product is no longer available or required
Products covered under the 6 month warranty are supported within a reasonable period aligned with their intended use and functionality.
If a product develops a major fault rendering it non-functional within this period, we may provide a repair, replacement or refund at Kooshy Kids’ discretion.
Minor issues, cosmetic wear, or loss of functionality due to normal wear and tear are not covered.
This approach is consistent with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and considers the reasonable durability of the product.
Validation Requirements
Warranty claims require:

The original purchaser (warranty is non-transferable)

Proof of purchase / registered warranty

The product to have been used according to our guidelines and with reasonable care
Exclusions and Conditions
The warranty does not cover:

Change of mind
-
Airline usage restrictions or airline policy issues

Incorrect fit or suitability
-
Delivery delays
-
Damage caused by misuse or improper care

General wear and tear (including zips and fabric components)
Products from other brands sold on our website may carry their own manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered by the Kooshy Kids warranty.

Warranty Claims Process
If you believe your product has a fault:

Contact our support team via email

Provide photos or videos of the issue
-
Our team will assess the claim and may request further information or return of the product
If the claim is valid, we will repair, replace or provide store credit.
If a product is found to be outside warranty coverage, it may be returned to you at your cost.
Additional Information
Products received as gifts, giveaways or promotional items are not covered under the Kooshy Kids warranty.
