NOTE: For Christmas delivery (within Australia excl WA/NT), order Express post prior to 3pm AEST on Monday December 23rd. 

 

We will aim to update this page as often as possible. It is not possible for us to know how many orders to expect, so we do our best to estimate these times for you.

Please note that the times quoted below may differ according to how the shipping network copes with the holiday season. 

Delivery cannot be guaranteed by a specific date.

SHIPPING OPTIONS (all pricing below is quoted in AUD):

Regular Shipping 

Australia & NZ - 4-6 business days + processing time - $10 

WA/NT 4-10 business days) - $10

Other counties - 6-12 business days + processing time -$15

Express Shipping 

Australia & NZ - 1-3 business days + processing time -$15

Other counties - 4-8 business days + processing time $35

Priority Processing - Your order is fast tracked and jumps our order queue  (if you need your order super fast also select Express Shipping as this option is only to expedite the warehouse processing time) - $35

Shipping FAQs

How can I expedite my order if I have travel plans?
Choose Priority Processing ($35) AND Express Post to receive your order within 1-2 business days. (Metro Australia)...for all other locations you can see the estimated shipping times above. 


Note: Priority Processing speeds up dispatch, while Express Post accelerates delivery. Both services may be necessary for time-sensitive orders. Delivery cannot be guaranteed by a specific date due to increased volume during the sale.

 If your order is urgent, select Priority Processing and Express Post.

Shipping Times

  • Regular Post: Allow 4-6 business days for delivery plus processing time. WA, NT, and FNQ require an additional 2-14 business days.

  • Express Post: Expect 1-3 business days for delivery plus processing time. WA, NT, and FNQ need an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Priority Processing: Orders jump the queue and are prioritised for same-day dispatch if ordered before 12 PM AEST (or the next business day if ordered later). Unless Express Post is selected, delivery will be through Regular Post. Preorder items will be prioritised once stock arrives.

  • International Orders: Regular International Post takes 8-20 business days, while Express International Post takes 4-8 business days.

  • New Zealand: Regular Post takes up to 6 business days; Express Post, 1-3 business days.

International Orders and Import Taxes

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs and import taxes upon delivery. Please refer to the GAP section below.

Important Notes

  • The estimated times above can vary due to various factors. Email us and wait for a reply before ordering for urgent delivery to ensure quick processing, and consider choosing Express Post and/or Priority Processing for upcoming travel.
  • Once your order is processed, changes to shipping cannot be made, nor can refunds be provided for late deliveries that don’t meet your intended purpose.
  • If your order hasn't arrived, refer to the tracking number in your confirmation email and contact the carrier directly. We can't assist with delivery once your order leaves us.

Tracking Status

If tracking is "pending" or "awaiting pickup," it could mean:

  1. Your package is with Australia Post but not yet scanned.
  2. It's awaiting pickup from our warehouse by Australia Post.
  3. It’s a preorder, with a booking slot allocated and tracking information available. Once stock arrives, tracking will update and your order will be dispatched.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Orders are automatically marked with ATL for Australia Post. To opt out, add 'NO ATL' under "order notes."

Preorders

Preordered items are shipped together with other items once stock arrives. For separate shipments, email us, and we'll arrange separate shipments and invoice you for any additional shipping fees.

Processing

Processing is the time it takes to pack and dispatch your order. While we aim for same-day dispatch for orders received before 12 PM AEST, this may vary based on the number of orders or other factors. During peak periods such as sales events, processing can take up to 10 business days and often longer if your item is a preorder. Please check with us prior to ordering and wait for a reply should you require your items for upcoming travels. 

If your order is urgent, please email us and wait for a reply before placing it to ensure timely processing. Select both Priority Processing and Express Post for the quickest delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, method, and location.

Free Shipping is available for Australian orders exceeding $150 after discounts. If you need faster delivery, select Express Post and/or Priority Processing for a fee. It may not be possible to change your shipping method after your order has been placed (this will depend on where it sits in the queue and whether the warehouse has. received the order).

International Shipping

For international shipping (outside of Australia), customers are responsible for customs, taxes, or import fees that apply. These aren't included in the product or shipping cost. Familiarise yourself with local regulations to ensure smooth delivery.

Global Assurance Pass (GAP): A flat fee that covers customs, taxes, duties, regular shipping, and postage insurance. We recommend selecting GAP for all international orders.
