A: Our standard commission rate is 10%. However, from March 1 to April 30, we're offering a special rate of 20% commission (excluding our sales period).
Q: How and when are commissions paid out?
A: Commissions are paid out at the end of each month via PayPal, once your balance reaches $50 AUD. All payouts and commissions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Q: What is the cookie duration for tracking referrals?
A: We use a 30-day cookie tracking period. This means you get credited for purchases made within 30 days of the initial referral click.
Q: Can I promote Kooshy Kids on multiple platforms?
A: Absolutely! You can share your affiliate link and coupon code on social media, blogs, YouTube, newsletters, and more.
Q: Are there any restrictions on where I can share my affiliate links or codes?
A: Yes, to maintain the integrity of our program, affiliates should not share their codes on public deal sites. Doing so may result in the cancellation of your affiliate account.
Q: What happens if a customer uses my coupon code without clicking my affiliate link?
A: To qualify for a commission, the referred customer must click on your affiliate link and then complete their purchase using your affiliate coupon code. If a customer only enters your coupon code at checkout without clicking on your link first, they will receive the discount, but you will not earn a commission.
Q: Are there any periods when commissions are not earned?
A: All discount codes are deactivated during our sale periods. Affiliates will not earn commissions on sales made during a sale period unless otherwise advised.
