YOU MUST ADD THE BACKPACK TO YOUR CART AND THEN ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE (FLYOUTBDAY). THE BACKPACK WILL THEN SHOW UP AS FREE IF THE CART (EXCLUDING THE BACKPACK) IS $200 OR MORE.

Here we address answers to common questions and issues that arise during a sale.
1. Nowhere to add the discount code.
After you have added everything to your cart and pressed checkout you are taken to a screen. At the top of the screen it will say "show order summary". Click on this.
The order summary and the box for entering the gift card or discount code will appear. Enter the discount code in this box (check that it is correct) and click on the arrow.
The backpack will now show as zero and you are ready to proceed with payment.
2. I'm trying to enter another code, but it won't let me.
You can only enter one discount code or promotion per order.
3. I'm being charged for shipping?
Shipping is only free when the cart total is more than $100.
4. I need my order urgently.
We are receiving a very high volume of orders. Orders are packed in the order that they are received unless you select and pay for PRIORITY PROCESSING ($35) as your shipping method in which case your order will be packed as a priority and shipped Express.
If you require your order for upcoming travel, definitely choose Express Post. Depending on how far down the queue you ordered, processing times may be up to 5 business days.
5. What is the code for a free backpack?
The free backpack promo is for VIPs only who signed up to our newsletter prior to the sale starting. Discount codes were sent to VIPs via email, may have appeared on a Ad, sent via SMS or been on our event page. We cannot give you a code unless you were a VIP.
