Kooshy Kids Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and Kooshy Kloud Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Kooshy Kids products. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we stand behind the Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and Kooshy Kloud with the following warranty conditions:

  1. Kooshy Kids Kooshions & Inflatable Sky Bunk Warranty:
  • Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and Kooshy Kloud purchased after March 20, 2023, is warranted for life.
  • Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion and Kooshy Kloud purchased before March 20, 2023, is warranted for 12 months.
  1. Covered under the Lifetime Warranty:

The Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and Kooshy Kloud Lifetime Warranty covers the following components:

  • Seams and internal structure.
  • Valves.
  1. Not Covered under the Warranty:

The Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and Kooshy Kloud warranty does not cover the following:

  • Defects or damages resulting from misuse or poor storage of the product, including but not limited to punctures, spills, stains, or damage when reported more than 48 hours after the receipt of your order.
  • Expected wear and tear.
  • Postage costs.
  1. Warranty Validation:

To ensure the warranty is valid, please follow these steps:

  • Test the Kooshy Kids Kooshion/Premium Kooshion, Inflatable Sky Bunk and/or Kooshy Kloud within 48 hours of receipt.
  • To "test' inflate the product and leave inflated for a 12-hour period (ideally overnight) and monitor for deflation.
  • In the event of deflation, report it immediately via email to info@kooshykids.com.au. Include photos and in the case of Premium Kooshions you must include a video demonstrating that once inflated both red valves have been secured by turning them right, all of the way until tight. Then provide a second video of it, 12 hours later in its deflated state. 
  • Leaks or deflation occurring at any time that is reported after 48 hours of receipt will be deemed as punctures/misuse and will not be covered under this warranty.

    1. Airline Compatibility:

    The list of accepting airlines on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge. However, it may change due to airline policy changes that are yet to be brought to our attention.You must check with your airline before purchasing the Kooshy Kids Kooshions and/or the Inflatable Sky Bunk. For approved airlines (those listed as approved on our website), we offer an Approved Airline Money Back Guarantee. Please refer to our terms and conditions section 1.4.2 for more information. Note that images of non-approved airlines that are shared on social media do not indicate approval and the list on our website should still be checked and the airline contacted for confirmation.
