❓ Q: Can I swap a product in a bundle?
Our bundles are pre-set and can’t be customised. If you’re after a different combo, you can use the 25% off code to build your own kit from individual products.

The gift is a surprise — it depends on stock levels at the time we pack your order. That’s part of the fun!

Please double-check your order value first — the gift only applies to single orders over $120 (after any discounts and excluding shipping). If it’s eligible and accidentally removed, we’re unable to send it separately.

No, the bundles are exclusive to this event. If an item within a bundle sells out, we aim to restock individual products within the next 8-12 weeks. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when preorders open.
❓ Q: Can I delay shipment of my order until closer to my travel date?
We have limited storage space so orders are processed as they are received to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to delay shipments.
❓ Q: I forgot to use the EOFY25 code. Can you add it to my order?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. However, we’re happy to offer a credit note for the amount you would have saved (provided no other discount code was used and that the order qualifies for the discount and is made within the sale period etc).

We do our best to match mystery gifts to your order. In some cases, the gift may be something useful for parents.

We can only send your full order to a single shipping address.

We do not apply retrospective discounts and the offers are only valid for orders placed during the event.

Cancellation is only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. If you want to add to your order, we may be able to assist, however we cannot cancel orders after 60 minutes of being placed.
