Good build quality

Yet to use it on on the plane but had to inflate and leave overnight for the warranty registration.
Build quality seems to be good and sturdy. The built in pump is from a reputable brand which is appreciated.

Best Product!

It’s so good it should be part of the plane!

We got it for our 3 yr old boy for the 20+ hours journey from Australia to Europe. We were so nervous about the flight that got plenty of snacks, toys and a tablet full of his favourite shows.
It was super easy to set up and inflated itself in seconds. First flight he slept 11 from 13 hours flight, second flight he slept 4 of the 6 hours flight. We didn’t even have the chance to open the tablet!!
I strongly recommend air companies to upgrade their game and get one of this for any child flying. Meanwhile parents, don’t think it twice, it works!!

Great product, purchasing process needs work

We thought the Kooshy Kids Kushion was a great idea for flights and ordered one for our next international trip. The quality of the product is excellent and it is easy to set up.

However we found the post purchase emails regarding registration of the lifetime warranty pushy and unrealistic. Our parcel got delivered to our parcel service on Friday, and we were away for the weekend. The emails stated we had 72 hours to inflate, wait 12hours to confirm the product was not faulty and then register for the warranty. We were unable to meet these demands and emailed them and recieved an extension.
