We thought the Kooshy Kids Kushion was a great idea for flights and ordered one for our next international trip. The quality of the product is excellent and it is easy to set up.
However we found the post purchase emails regarding registration of the lifetime warranty pushy and unrealistic. Our parcel got delivered to our parcel service on Friday, and we were away for the weekend. The emails stated we had 72 hours to inflate, wait 12hours to confirm the product was not faulty and then register for the warranty. We were unable to meet these demands and emailed them and recieved an extension.

The self-inflating kooshy kids cushion has exceeded my expectations. I bought 2 (1 for my daughter and 1 for my niece) to use on our holiday to USA in Sept. We cant wait to use them and they come in a handy carry case. The valve is easy to use and truly is a quick and easy way to ensure our family are just a little more comfy on the 14hr flight to USA, and return 17hr trip to Bali. The reassurance of knowing it has the 30s deflate function in case of an emergency is also very handy.

I bought two of these for my 3 and 4 year old to travel from New Zealand to UK. They were super easy to inflate on board, slotted in perfectly and the kids loved having some space of their own rather than their legs just dangling. We had the cushions up on all 4 flights as soon as could after take off. Kids slept very well on the cushions!! Would recommend
First of all I would like to thank all the staff who looked after the mistake with my package. I purchased a bundle that includes 2 kooshy kooshions and 2 kooshy cloud and a pump. Everything came except the two kooshy cloud. Everything went well and I appreciate the politeness and patience the staff executed. After going through procedures, I got my 2 kooshy cloud this morning which is perfect for the upcoming trip. I haven’t tested them on my kids yet but I’m sure they will be very helpful. I will leave a review after we’ve used it on a long haul. Thank you very much for an outstanding customer service!
